Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For orders shipped to the European Union, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may return your order for any reason and without justification.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

  • To apply for a return, please email us at info@nobaton.com.
  • Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you:
    • A return shipping label (if applicable)

    • The correct return address and instructions

      ⚠️ Do NOT send your item back to the original shipping address. Any unauthorized return packages will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g. wrong size, no longer want the item), the consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The cost depends on the courier you choose.
  • If the return is due to our reasons (e.g. damaged, defective, or wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.


6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@nobaton.com.
